For entrepreneurs, business owners, and individuals who want to address the barriers to diversity in their industry. In this 4-part Training Series, you will: *Gain awareness of the researched benefits of equity. * Enlist behavior change science to create buy-in for lasting impact. * Learn how to utilize self compassion as a potent social justice tool. * Become fluid in key diversity concepts, like how to navigate cultural appreciation rather than appropriation and bypassing. * Foster more accessible and inclusive spaces to attract more diverse clientele. * Understand and overcome the neuroscience of resistance. * Uncover, heal, and overcome conditioned biases. *Develop a toolkit of skills to continue the work of healing internalized oppression. *** 100% Grant Reimbursement may be available for employees of Massachusetts Businesses with under 100 employees, who pay workman's comp. Must pay in full by 8/29 to Qualify. Weekend includes all meals and retreat center accomodations, including a private beach!
