Service Description
For entrepreneurs, small business owners, and individuals who want to address the barriers to diversity in their industry. In this engaging virtual course, we will: * Learn how to utilize self compassion as a potent social justice tool * Become fluid in key diversity concepts, like how to navigate cultural appreciation rather than appropriation and bypassing * Foster more accessible and inclusive spaces to attract more diverse clientele * Understand and overcome the neuroscience of resistance * Uncover, heal, and forgive yourself for conditioned biases *Engage in practices to continue healing internalized oppression
